Overview

Kdence is committed to being clear and direct about how we handle your data. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

This Privacy Policy applies to Kdence and describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website, services, or engage with us in any capacity.

By using Kdence, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Kdence provides AI-powered automations, agents, and workflows for B2B marketing teams. As part of delivering these services, we handle business data provided by our clients during the onboarding and configuration process. We take that responsibility seriously.

02

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data such as pages visited, time spent, and interactions with our website
  • Device and browser information including IP address, browser type, and operating system
  • Referral data indicating how you found our website
03

How we use your information

We use the information we collect for specific, legitimate purposes. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. Here is what we do use it for:

  • Delivering and operating the automations and services you have purchased or requested
  • Onboarding your business and configuring automations to your specific needs
  • Communicating with you about your account, your automations, and our services
  • Providing customer support and responding to your questions
  • Improving the quality and performance of our services
  • Complying with our legal obligations
  • Sending you updates about new automations or features, if you have opted in to receive these

We will not use your business data to train general-purpose AI models or share it with third parties for their own use. Your business data is used only to configure and run the automations you have engaged us to build.

04

Your data and AI training

Your company data is used exclusively to configure and run your specific automations. It is never used to train shared models or shared with other Kdence clients.

A core part of what Kdence does is using your business data to train and configure AI automations specifically for your company. This is what makes the output reflect your business rather than generic averages.

The data you provide during onboarding, including brand guidelines, past content, sales transcripts, customer conversations, and competitive context, is:

  • Used solely to configure and train your specific automations
  • Never used to train shared or general-purpose AI models
  • Never shared with other Kdence clients or third parties for their benefit
  • Stored securely and only accessible to the Kdence team members working on your account

We work with third-party AI infrastructure providers, including Anthropic and others, to power our automations. Data passed to these services is governed by their respective privacy policies, and we only share the minimum data necessary to operate your automations.

05

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We work with third-party providers who help us operate our services, including AI infrastructure, hosting, and communication tools. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only as directed by us.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or protect the safety of our users.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have.
  • With your consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
06

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

For active clients, we retain business data for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward to support your account.

If you request deletion of your data, we will delete or anonymize it within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

Contact information for early access requests is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
